I’m Amy and Silver Daisies has been my passion and my baby for almost 20 years now — I am a life coach, clinical hypnotherapist, holistic therapist, and CPD-accredited teacher, devoted to helping others reconnect with their truest selves. With a heart-centred approach, I blend therapeutic tools like meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and clinical hypnosis to support emotional healing, personal growth, and lasting transformation.
My work spans private practice, corporate wellbeing, and community care. I offer tailored corporate training and workshops designed to enhance emotional resilience, reduce stress, and promote wellbeing in the workplace.
I also work within mental health services, supporting adults with additional needs and in supported living environments. In addition, I run soulful retreats and wellbeing workshops that offer space for deep rest, reflection, and renewal.
Whether I’m guiding one-to-one sessions or facilitating group spaces, my work is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and the belief that healing and growth are possible for everyone.
