In November I would wake up, a size 24, put on leggings and a big jumper and go about my day unhappy and unhealthy. Today I am in Spain by the pool, in my size 16 bikini…yes bikini! Hi Amy, Dessie has been the best boy in the world this week. The Reiki has helped him so much. I keep expecting him to go back to how he was before: but he just doesn’t, am so happy with him.

Hi Amy hope your well I know you don’t need a day to day run down but I just can’t believe how I have been eating today I had half an egg scrambled I did two but could only eat three spoon fuls and then had mash and mince and managed about seven. I really can’t beleive it. I know yoh always say ppl shouldn’t say you have changed their life but Amy if I wouldn’t of met you I would probably put on another half a stone. You are one special helpful thoughtful gorgeous fabulous woman and I know it’s early on but I am thanking you from the heart x

I can’t believe how good I feel after my Reiki session! I just can’t thank you enough for the welcome I received from you and the attentive, warm and caring manner you have. I will definately be coming back to see you and would like to do a Reiki course with you in the near future.

Amy is very welcoming and puts you at ease on your first visit to her. I love receiving a Reiki healing from Amy. I am a Reiki practitioner myself. Hi my wonderful lady I just have to tell you I had to throw my red jeans out yesterday due to them being too BIG !!!! My husband bought me new ones in Dorothy Perkins size 20!!!!! Though not red, I told all the sales assistants of my success. I had a really bad day on Thursday but this has overruled that. I have gone from a 28 to a 20 in the last few months and am just soooooo happy, I was giggling and smiling like a crazy person all round the Trafford Centre goodness knows what people must have thought lol. My next goal is to buy an item of clothing from River Island my daughter is insisting as I love their clothes lol. You have changed my life, I feel positive and if I do get down its easy to shake it off and think of all the positives that I can make out of it, I am no longer scared of the future as I know I have one due to every pound I lose my life expectancy increases. Next instalment of my new life will be sent, thank you soo much you are an angel sent to me when I needed you the most my love and respect always, Carol x

Just a little update on Jake. You were absolutely right, by the way, it was a tick – I phoned the vets after you called and they said to bring him down and one of the vets would remove it. He’s now tick free but sulking because I took him to the vets.
He wolfed down his tea (chicken) just after you left and after our little adventure at the vets curled up next to Sean on the sofa and slept. A motorbike did go past at 9ish and although he lifted his head up and pricked up his ears he seemed quite calm. I popped some of the remedy into his water and he didn’t seem to notice. I’ve ordered some of the AAA/Blue remedy from Crossgates like you suggested.
My dad said he seemed a bit calmer today, just sat quietly in the car looking out the window on the trip to my Nan’s. He did bark at a jogger but it didn’t appear to have the same intensity it did before. 

Hi Amy: a huge thank you for spending time with my girls. You will be pleased to know that Tilly is soooo chilled. Missy is buried under the blankets sleeping when normally she is running round at this time. Rosey is asleep and they all seem happy and content for the first time in a long time. You are a lovely young lady, thank you so much.
