Thought I was in a hypno bubble this afternoon when I stepped on the scales. Even pinched myself and have the nail marks to prove it when I saw I’ve LOST 9LB this week.. that’s over a stone in 3 and a half weeks. BUZZING! Thanks Miss Amy Lawrenson you are magical 

I have had the most amazing long weekend with 13 inspiring, beautiful angels who have helped me in such an amazing way to start healing my pain. I feel overwhelmed with love and kindness. Thank you to everyone especially to Amy who will remain my angel and who gives out so much love and sparkly angel dust to help so many people. Life changing.

In November I would wake up, a size 24, put on leggings and a big jumper and go about my day unhappy and unhealthy. Today I am in Spain by the pool, in my size 16 bikini…yes bikini! Happy and feel blessed to have met you Amy and undergone the hypnotic gastric band procedure with you to become the new me! I now look in the mirror and think “WELL DONE! You’ve come a long way!
