1. Foundational Confidence Coaching Session
We begin with a one-to-one coaching session to lay strong emotional and mental foundations. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of self-doubt and equip you with a practical, personalised confidence toolkit. Expect mindset shifts, boundary setting, self-compassion work, and tools to quieten the inner critic.

2. Clinical Hypnotherapy Session
Next, we work with the subconscious mind to gently release limiting beliefs and install new, empowering patterns. This deeply relaxing session helps anchor in the confidence-building work on a deeper level – creating lasting, embodied change.

3. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Session
Using the gentle tapping technique of EFT, we work to clear emotional blocks that are holding you back from feeling confident. EFT helps regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and release old narratives from the body. This process can be deeply healing and freeing – allowing space for your true self to shine.

4. Optional Add-On: Reiki & Crystal Energy Cleanse
